At Snatched Peach, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging attached

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits

  • Shapewear

  • Underwear and intimate garments

  • Swimwear without hygiene seals

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
